Skills and Spills:
Skills and Spills is an exhibition that Hills Gymnastics offers at the end of each Spring Class session. We invite family and friends into the gym to have their gymnasts show many of the skills that they have worked on throughout the year. The gymnasts will be placed into groups in which they will rotate to each event. We ask all observers to follow their gymnasts as they move through the gym, taking pictures and cheering them on as they go. At the end of the hour, each gymnast climbs the awards stand and receives their trophy.
Skills and Spills is for children in Preschool, Super Tots, Mini Gymies and Baby Angels classes.
At the end of each Spring Session, Hills Gymnastics holds the annual Mini Meet for the class program. In the spring curriculum, each gymnast creates a routine from the skills that they have learned throughout the year. The Mini meet is a great opportunity to perform any or all of these routines for friends and family. Spectators will rotate to each event to watch, take pictures and cheer on their gymnast. At the end of the hour, each gymnast climbs the awards stand and receives their trophy.
